The JLA series electric cylinders adopt advanced modular design methods and have the following significant features:
1. Compact structure, small dimensions, easy installation and use, simple maintenance, low noise, long lifespan, and multiple safety protection measures.
2. Precise position control, with repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm, and up to ±0.005mm when an external displacement sensor is added.
3. Accurate speed control, with arbitrary speed waveform settings allowing for high-speed, smooth, and impact-free operation, with control accuracy of ±0.05%.
4. Precise thrust control, with control accuracy of ±0.5% after adding an external push-pull force sensor.
5. Drive methods can include trapezoidal screw, ball screw, or planetary roller screw.
6. Drive methods can include servo motors, stepper motors, DC motors, or AC motors for servo and variable frequency control.
